Flowering Trees and Golden Hour - St. Charles IL Family Photographer

This was a seriously gorgeous session. The setting was gorgeous, the light was gorgeous, and the family was gorgeous. The youngest little lady wasn't super into formal photos, so I took a more candid approach with her and it worked out relatively well. I used to not be a fan of spring, but ever since I've been doing portrait photography, it has become one of my favorite times of year because of the amazing flowering trees! I drove around this year just in awe at how beautiful they all were. It is sad that they only last for a week or two.

Since people will ask, these photos were taken at a park in St. Charles, Illinois, however I won't say the exact location because I don't want it to get overrun next spring. (As it was, we already had to deal with another photographer who was blocking a lot of the best trees with large props and refused to move.)
